Friends come and friends go......
but a true friend sticks by you like family.
Proverbs 18:24
This past Saturday, August 2, marks a double anniversary for me. First the birthday of my dear sister who is a bit older then I, and secondly the 6th year reminder of my mothers memorial celebration.
Momma was truly my closest, best and dearest friend. I will never forget the first day I saw her. Mind you, this lady was no ordinary woman. It is no ordinary woman who can take someone else's child and…

YOU...
The gift, anointing and call on your life may be uncommon. You may be equipped far beyond the fruit you have seen produced in your life. You may carry an authority that supersedes that which you have be given to steward. You may carry revelation knowledge and find few students to teach. You may be a tenacious stalwart....and even have been recognized as one who carries far more then you even recognize. But if YOU have recognized it.....even if the Lord has allowed you to be aware and see…

He will not let go,
Each time we try to run,
He will not say NO,
Each time the pressure is on!
He continues to press,
He pulls us to the private place
Just when we think we are at peace
And the easy path makes us happy at ease
When prayer is pushed aside
When pleasure takes its place
He still takes hold our heart
And calls intercessors to the race.
Cry out! Cry out!
Let tears stream down your face
Travail in intercession,
Cry out for Reformation!
Groan for souls Salvation
He will not let us…

I Guess I have seen and experienced too much IN MY LIFE.
I write this because there are some who desire to know my opinion on the Lakeland outpouring as I just returned from there.
My opinion has no bearing on the subject and I choose to watch my words as I tell my story. God is doing something in Lakeland. I only offer my observation as it pertains to my experience in Lakeland.
Although I am not a revival chaser……..I desired to go to “check out” what everyone was saying is a revival and what…

Current mood: catalyzed
Here's a passage of scripture that boggles my mind, maybe YOU can HELP ME! Not that I struggle with anything that it says but that I struggle with the weakness of the church or so called "church" where this scripture is concerned. It seems we can accept this kind of scripture until we really have to believe and adhere to them.
But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphe…

You came to my house today.
Every time you come something deep within me changes.
I am at my best when I am with you.
Something within erupts in passion uncontrollable.
I love it, because I long to be out of control with you.
Not hesitating, but yielding, not explaining, but experiencing.
My experiences with You are indescribable…everyone, every time.
Is it the way You look at me.... or the way You gently touch me?....
Is it the shower of Your grace… or the saturation of Your loving embrace?..…

True
revival is that divine moment when God bursts upon the scene and displays his glory.
Revival awakens in our hearts an increased awareness of the presence of God, a new love for God, a new hatred for sin, and a hunger for His Word. - Del Fehsenfeld Jr.

Current mood: crushed:
I would be horrified if God walked into a building and I was untouched, unmoved, non-responsive. I simply could not live in that condition.
How My Friend, please tell me how do I get God to these people? I must know! I must know how to deliver Him to them, because they surely will not let me deliver them to Him. When does a people drop everything they deem important and priority and run to the Lover of their soul? When?.....when do we turn our passions toward Him until w…

Isn't it interesting when things are going well and we feel God has been His Ole "Good Self" to us that we are immovable? Times like that we know who we are, what we are, what we can do, and that we are called..... and just exactly what that call looks like.
But you let life hand you a few bad deals....those kind that apply pressure from every angle....when it seems there is a storm with no calm in site and everything that was calm cool and collected is now in disarray......it all hits at once.…

God?
What are You going to do with me?
While I stand waiting, watching and “see!”
God?
What are You going to do with me?
When the years demand my destiny!
God?
What are You going to do with me?
When deep inside I carry revival’s seed!
God?
What are You going to do with me?
Bring me to birth! Deliver indeed!
God?
What are You going to do with me?
Prayers yet unanswered, I stand in need!
God?
What are You going to do with me?
My passion burns, my spirit can see…

I want HIM to find me faithfully waiting, watching, working...I shall occupy till He comes and invades my city...I choose to be a forceful forerunner of HIS mighty wave...I choose to push out the boundaries making room for HIM and to create a platform for HIM that demands HIS exhibition! HE will have to repent if HE shunes Shreveport/Bossier! Ah! but HE cannot because HE chose it!
Branded by HIM!
SHREVEPORT~FAR BEYOND ORDINARY!

Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord! Ps 27:14 NKJV
"I Don't Mind Waiting" sung by Juanita Bynum......a choice song of mine!
Each time I hear this song it moves me deeply as I am reminded of just that…… Although I have been waiting for a very long time......I don't mind waiting…because my waiting is on my best friend….He is the one who consistently sees me through, catches me when I fall, lassos my heart when it is wavering,…
