About Me:: I was born and raised in the Shreveport/Bossier, LA area. A mother of three adult children, and known to my five glorious grandchildlren as "Gan". I am the oldest and the only girl of four children. I have wonderful parents that have been married for over forty years. I currently work for a local healthcare facility, and have been there for 19 years. I am an Executive Assistant to the CEO. For simple fun I love to bowl, even though I'm not good at it I sure enjoy the game. Next is traveling, during my eight years in the Navy I discovered the joy of visiting other states and countries. Little did I know this was just preparation for the work of the ministry.

How and When I was Born Again:: This amazing miracle happened when I was sixteen years old. I was facing an unfortunate circumstance, a situation that would alter my life forever, oh so young. As a result I was living in a total state of devastation, consumed with my heartache, sobbing uncontrollably , viewing life as meaningless and not worth living. I was a mess...then out of nowhere my mother's voice echoed within me saying, "You can always call on Jesus", something she would always tell us (her children). So on Christmas Eve 1978, I cried out to Jesus saying, "I'm calling on you", and guess what? He heard my cry. Even though my situation was imminent, it was the beginning of a journey toward my DESTINY. Oh the joy that flooded my soul, and the peace the was ever present and most of all I knew I was LOVED.
